An open joint behind some cladding panels on a roof level car park allowed rain water to run down behind the panels and over time cause failure of the concrete beams and columns below.
Invictacut were contracted to seal the open joint, the cladding panel joints and to break out the defective sections of concrete and reinstate with Webecem L/W Mortar.
