Tony Sales

Managing Director

I am a qualified building Surveyor and a full member of the Chartered Institute of Building.

Having trained and worked for a couple of large London based main contractors I made the move into our Specialist Services industry in 1986 and have remained in it since, forming  Invictacut Ltd in 2005.

I am a keen supporter of Charlton Athletic F.C, love watching cricket.  I also play badminton at a good league standard.

Away form the sporting scene, I enjoy walking my dog, travelling, and 'Real Ale'.

I also enjoy dining out with family and friends – that's what life's all about!

Gaynor Sales

Director and Accounts

I previously worked in television before starting our family. Having had three daughters I worked part-time in various employments.

I have been at Invictacut from the start undertaking all aspects of the financial side of the business.  It has been an exciting time and I feel very proud of our achievements.

In my spare time I help run our charity – The Alexandra Sales Trust.

I enjoy walking our dog 'Rigsby' and if you visit our office he may be here to greet you.

I love city breaks and holidays – don't we all ! I also enjoy good food and spending time with family and friends.

Suzanne Young

I work part-time for Invictacut and joined the company as an Administrative Assistant in 2016.  Before this I worked for over 30 years in the motor industry based in London and in 2012 obtained my IOSH Managing Safely qualification.

In 2014 I decided to take a break from the commute and became a KCC Library Volunteer in 2015 helping people trace their family history.

In my spare time I enjoy spending time in the garden, genealogy and am a keen, league standard badminton player.

Louise Fisher

Admin Manager, Credit Control, Training Coordinator

I previously worked in investment banking for 20 years and after having my two children, decided to leave London for a better work-life balance.

I started working in the construction industry and have been happily working at  Invictacut as an Administration Manager since the day the company was formed, 14 years ago.

I enjoy walking my dog, city breaks, dining out with family and friends, and also going to the gym.

Marc Walker

Contracts Manager for Mastic Pointing/Sealants, Firestopping and Concrete Repair

I have worked in our industry for almost 30 years and specialise in Mastic Pointing, Passive Fire Protection, Concrete Repair and Chasing work.

I am an experienced operative and ran my own Mastic and Chasing business for 2 years prior to accepting a management position at Invictacut. I have known and worked with Tony Sales for 23 years.

I take a keen interest in most sports, am a competent golfer (fair weather of course) and closely follow Tottenham Hotspur FC.

Mark Booth

Senior Contracts Manager for Diamond Drilling/Sawing, Controlled Demolition and Chasing

After leaving school I entered the Diamond Drilling industry as a general labourer. I then progressed to a Diamond Drilling operative and went to work for various specialist companies and in doing so broadened my experience further by working on specialist Grouting projects and Concrete Repair work.

I first met Tony Sales in 1989 when we were both working in the industry, we have always kept in touch and when Tony formed Invictacut in 2005 I joined the management team a few years later.
